Billion Prima Sdn Bhd had the honour of being invited by Atom Malaysia to attend the opening ceremony of MITSATOM 2025, held on 7 July 2025 in Johor Bahru.
The event, titled “Latih Amal Pelbagai Hala Pengesanan Sekuriti Nuklear, Malaysia-Indonesia-Thailand-Singapura 2025”, was officiated by YB Tuan Aznan bin Tamin, Chairman of the Johor State Education and Information Committee, and supported by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
MITSATOM 2025 brought together enforcement agencies and international observers to strengthen cross-border coordination and readiness in responding to nuclear security threats, particularly involving the smuggling of radioactive materials across Malaysia’s land and maritime borders.
Through this platform, Billion Prima had the opportunity to observe regional collaboration in action, gain insights into nuclear security protocols, and explore potential future engagement in regional and international safety cooperation.
